- 30-Day Return Policy You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee will depend on the carrier you choose.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.Damaged Items & Complimentary Exchanges If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize. We offer complimentary exchanges to make it right.
- Custom Artwork Policy:Custom colors or sizes are non-returnable after delivery.Cancellations before shipping are subject to a $100 material fee.Each custom piece is made exclusively for you. As these works cannot be resold, we appreciate your understanding.
- Our Process: Simply send us a message at info@artstellary.com including your order number and a photo of the damaged artwork.
- We Handle the Rest: We will deal with the courier companies directly and ship out your replacement within just a few days.
- No Extra Cost: You will not be responsible for any shipping fees if the goods received are damaged.

- Refund Qualification: Please note that artworks must be securely prepared for return shipment in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Handling: We kindly ask that you take extra care when unpacking your order to preserve its return eligibility.
- Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the damage immediately. This helps us understand what went wrong and improve our shipping process.
- Note on Packaging: If the original packaging is insufficient or damaged, please repackage the item to the best of your ability and ensure you take pictures for insurance purposes.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 business days for our team to process your refund. The time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your payment method:
